The Bear, Stafford

Clear Box Premises Limited can today announce that Marston’s PLC have concluded a dispersal deal with Admiral Taverns for 137 Pubs to be sold for £44.9 Million.
We can confirm that The Bear, Stafford is one of the pubs that has been sold to Admiral Taverns. This deal has been in process for many months, however this is the first time we have been made aware that the Pub was up for sale.
Admiral Tavern & Marston’s will complete the sale on 22nd November.

After the recent Cease of Trading of Clear Box Premises Limited at The Bear, Stafford, all band dates previously published have been cancelled. This does include New Years Eve, as such any Tickets purchased are now available for refund.
To enable us to provide a refund please email Office@RainyDayPR.co.uk with your Booking Reference & How many tickets purchased. Your refund will then be processed within 7 working days.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused however as you may appreciate; this has not been a decision we had any control over.

Back in May 2018 I took a huge gamble and applied to take on the tenancy of The Bear, with the expectation of never getting it! Little did I know that over a year later I will have created the beast of what it is today!
After going through a huge refurbishment my team and I have created Stafford’s Premier Live Music Venue & an all round pub that welcomes every walk of life! We don’t judge, we don’t criticise; we welcome, we enjoy your company an...d we have a good time!
This venture has taught me many things; to trust the people around you, to find the good in people and most importantly to to love what you do!
I have met some of the most amazing people being your Landlord and it makes my heart flutter with joy. Together with my Fabulous team we have created The Bear, and what an honour it has been!
