I'm a regular client here, absolutely lovely place. Always feel welcome and comfortable, I always get the HD brows, used to get the Lash Perfect lashes which are amazing, now I get the Russian lashes for a more dramatic look, and have had a couple of unlimited waxing package sessions. Always happy with my experiences here, the girls are all so friendly and make you feel like you're their only client. Thank you for making every visit wonderful, really means a lot to feel welcome. Unfortunately had a horrible experience after having a "Full set" of Russian lashes. Not only was it not a full set but the technician clumped my natural lashes together with glue, meaning as they grow the lashes will be ripped out. There were pieces of the white pad stuck to the lashes, where the technician glued my lashes to the pad and then had to yank the lash away from the pad. Most of the extensions were placed, half way down the lash. Then had to have a phone call with a man, who I must assume was the owner, who then told me it was my fault because I went on a sun bed. He was rude rash and aggressive down the phone. Not sure how the sun bed made me have pieces of pad on my lashes, or the fact there were very few and half way down the lash..... Anyway, refused to give me a full refund. I now have to pay to have them removed elsewhere. Im so upset, especially considering how I was treated/spoken to. DO NOT GET LASHES DONE AT THIS SALON.
I have posted a picture of some of the pad stuck to my lashes. Also my lashes vs what a full set looks like and what the advertise in the salon, Plus a photo of a lash stuck to multiple of mine awfully. Just so you can see I'm not exaggerating. I have never written a review in my life and all I wanted was a refund, however as I was poorly treated I feel the need to warn others before they go ruin their lashes.

i can't recommend her enough, I no longer rely on painkillers, I see her once a month but if I feel it taking a hold on me I book in to see her earlier
