The Beauty Salon Ilford Lane

Saira has been a regular customer for a long time and regularly got her eyebrows threaded and hair cut before. She went in on Friday to have a cut and thin down of her hair and was booked with Roshni. Once Roshni attempted to thin down her hair, it caused Saira extreme discomfort and pain and screamed for 5 minutes from the pulling of hair. The salon owner was sat there and not assisted until Saira asked the owner why was this causing pain. Then she told Roshni "you don't do it like that, do it like this" and sat back down. The pain didn't stop even though Saira repeatedly told her to stop because it was still causing her pain. When she confronted them about the experience, they demanded payment and told her she was not welcome to return for any of their services. Roshni was unprofessional and rude and the Salon owner didn't think of the customer's concerns at all and was very concerned with demanding £20 instead of listening to what Saira was upset about. Instead, Roshni told Saira to next time take pain killers when she has her haircut.
