I've got same situation like one above. I have not received my bed for one month. When I said that I want a refund they said that my bed is already here and they can't do refund, because it was special order. And also laid to me that bed was in shop since Monday and they called me for there days. But they didn't. No one called me. And phone number was right. Oh! And also I'm still waiting for delivery.
