Welcoming local pub with great ales. Always something happening....

Lived just down from The Beech for nearly 2 years & always avoided it walking past to the others further up that look so much more appealing, decided to go in after getting fed up with the other over rated & over priced bars along the street, just goes to show "Never judge a book by it's cover", a cosy little pub with lots of character, great beers & ciders, decent enough beer garden out the back, I don't know what Becky's problem was with the staff on the day, but every time I've been in I've found them to be friendly & polite even when under pressure of serving a busy bar............ 5 Stars from me all round!!!

I can only concur with the comments already left, I love this pub just a crackin place, very friendly and a crackin selection of ales(3 Tim Taylor’s 👍) and more besides 😁, Just brill, love chilling in there, well worth a visit! Till the next time👍
