Travelled from Coventry after ordering Focus Izalco Chrono TT bike, The 220 mile round trip was well worth the effort, expert bike fit by Matt included in price, nothing was to much trouble, Matt & the rest of the staff are very friendly, helpful & genuine, I would highly recommend The Bicycle Lounge to anyone.

Okay, but they seem to often suggest a replacement rather than having the necessary part/advice for a fix, more suited to high budget cyclists

My son purchased a new bike from here and had a bike fit. They also carried out a bike fit for his Trek and have repaired and maintained various other bikes we own. They are always friendly efficient and a fair price. Great shop all round.
