Just a MASSIVE thank you to all at BIKE ROOMS SWINDON !!!! The customer service I have received and help after my purchase have been quite frankly "OUT OF THIS WORLD" I now have a gorgeous Pinarello Graal complete with Zipp wheels which looks a million dollars !!! Thanks again to you all !!

My girlfriend and I have visited this store on a number of occasions over the last two years. When she was going through the process of buying her first bike (two years ago) these guys were so accommodating, helpful and friendly, that we have continued to visit periodically, even though we live in Worcester. I have to say the experience is the same every time. Excellent service, happy to let you browse, and try stuff on, and happy to offer advice if requested. Yes the products are high end but so is the service. I will continue to make the journey from Worcester when time allows. Fabulous products, fabulous shop, excellent staff.

NOT EVEN WORTH ONE STAR. Had the unfortunate experience of a puncture on a Brompton while riding through Swindon. Guy behind the counter was most unhelpful, dismissive & sarcastic. Whilst I appreciate they don't do general repairs ('only on our own bikes' I was told!) there was no interest in helping a cyclist in difficulty. They don't sell inflating sprays but would sell me a puncture kit (& the tools required to remove a Brompton rear wheel!). I was directed to Halfords (which I now know is 1.5 miles away) but no offer of directions (I live in Swansea) so had to walk / run 3.5 miles back to my car while pushing the bike. Had I wanted to spend plenty of bucks on a new bike or kit in their shiny showroom I'm sure they would have obliged, but they seem to have lost touch with the common cyclist. Try somewhere else if you want any level of customer service as you won't get it here. If I could give this place 'no stars' I would - but I couldn't!!

Today I took in some bib shorts I'd bought from the online store to check they were the correct size. They weren't! The guys swapped them to the correct size and checked the fit. They were both polite, knowledgeable and made me feel welcome in store. They are a credit to the brand and proof that customer service is important. I'm sure I'll be back! Thanks guys
