The Bike Shed

Left shoes on the way to Barnstable, phoned ahead to these guys who were just brilliant. Picked up a great pair is Specialized shoes. Went back later to pick up some other bits and look at a new bike for my partner. Yet again the female assistant (who's name I can't remember) was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. She really is a credit to the store. If I lived closer would use this place weekly. 10/10 guys, absolutely brilliant. Thank you. Mat

staff very freindly and helpful . however extra staff training reference , so A knows what B is doing and knowledge on bikes .

Very helpful. Fixed problems with my daughters bike for very reasonable cost. Staff friendly and helpful. Great cafe with delicious cakes to enjoy while you wait. If I lived near Barnstaple I would be a regular customer.

So the time came to renew my cycle scheme for work meaning another a new bike:) so after poping in and speaking to Keith and the team at the bike shed in Barnstaple ( on the square near the clock tower) who helped me pick the right bike for My style of riding and price range :) I couldent be happyer I collected my new bike yestaday and after returning from a 25 mile ride the bike was just a joy to rude and i was still feeling great too they also helped me get fitted for all my bike Gear and accessories thank you for your help look forward to my next visit :) if your after a new bike don't look anywhere else these are the guys to go and see :) also have a great cafe on site where I enjoyed a nice cold drink and a cake

Great shop with a fab cafe , perfect flat white's. A really good range of everything and lots of advice that's not high pressure sales. Love going in.Also love they have a good range for women cyclists that is as feminine as cycle gear allows...sick of red and black !and they run evenings for women, not that I can keep up on all rides but it feels an inclusive place.

Friendly, helpful and great to deal with. As a bonus they also have a cafe that serves great coffee.
