Friendly, knowledgable staff and a blisteringly fast turnaround. Dropped in a bike that’d been sat in a shed for 20 years (rusty and with knackered tires) last thing on Sunday and it was ready lunchtime the following day. Repair prices good, but you can always get the accessories cheaper online.

So polite and way cheaper than I thought

I have bought several bikes from them over the years mostly to upgrade. Never any problem. I have not been in for ages as they built my last two so well have never had to go back for adjustments and I am satisfied I have the best bikes for me. They probably think I am dead.

Friendly staff, helpful towards the DIY approach ( I replaced my own tube in front of the shop and they helped me with tire tools and a pump ). Look for deals and discounts ;)

Always helpful, sorting & fixing. Sometimes for free for a small tweak, but always good value. Knowledgeable and a source of good sound advice.

Very friendly and helpful. I got my bike from a different shop for Xmas and they were still very helpful and moved my seat for me then they replaced my pedals with the cleats I purchased there ( no extra charge )
And this all happened at 9am as they were still opening the shop.I've been back and ordered a helmet and yes they were great.
