Very friendly and helpful! Jonathan made good arrangement for our bike hires in the weekend even though the shop is closed on Sunday. We were also provided with helmets, lock and a map. Jonathan had been extremely helpful at giving tips and showing us the cycling trails. We have had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this bike shop!

Super helpful – they arranged bicycle hire for two friends and I when we visited the area recently, even though they were closed during our stay. My experience with the Bike Works began with a local search for a bike shop to fix my mountain bike which was suffering with brake and chain problems. A prompt call meant it could be dropped in the same day which i did, and to my surprise was subsequently returned fixed better than ever the very next day! Since then it has become the first port of call for all my bike servicing needs as well as any questions or advice i may need. Staff are incredibly friendly and willing to extra the mile to help you, providing unbiased and honest answers; something i have seldom experienced with other bike shops.

Although the shop is small in comparison to most, it still stocks a good and wide selection of goods at reasonable prices, there is even an option for them to obtain stock from suppliers just for you. Bike hire is also available from which i can gather from a couple of European tourists i have bumped into whilst out cycling is also first rate and a great way to explore the Cotswolds. Overall a brilliant local business and a credit to the area, keep up the good work guys!
