Very happy with their service. Just be careful what you buy and discuss things with them. They can be a bit too quick if you seem like you don't care! Cheap and happy to help customers. Have been going there for over 4 years now.

I arrived today with a flat tire in my deutch bike on my way to school run and they are very efficient, kind and their prices were good. While I was getting my tire fixed they helped a lady fix her handle in one minute and didn't even charged her. I would definitely go again.

Got a great service from these guys at the market. They identified a broken crank which another shop did not. They fitted a load of new components such as replacing a stretched chain and a worn out cassette for minor labour costs. Wll definitely be going to them again.

I use this service for a few years now. Before I use to repair my bike by myself but honestly hate to do that especially when I had an awfull bike this one had had always problems with brakes or something else. So I preffered to find a fair service an get rid of this head ache to repair bike by myself. Should say those chaps do a fantastic work! And also they do have a broad assortment of bicycles for cheaper price than in other places. If you thinking to get a bike to yourself or replace for anything better I could strongly recommend the BIKEMAN!

Cannot recommend this bikeshop the least bit.In fact I would recommend everyone to stay far away from it. My experience is that they try to take advantage of your lack of knowledge as much as possible instead of really trying to help you.
I went there regularly for a year or so because, at first, it seems cheaper than most other shops in Cambridge and it is very central and close to my department. However, whenever I went there and got something fixed it did take no more than a couple of days or, if I was lucky, some weeks before the very same trouble reappeared. They fixed a flat tyre, two days later it was flat again (three times in a row! Honestly!). They replaced my chain and readjusted my gears, two weeks later it snapped again. They replaced my brake cable and it snapped again. And that's where I finally lost patience because that's really FREAKING DANGEROUS. In total I must have pumped a 100 quit or so into that bloody shop before I realized that they must have been ripping me off. That, in fact, they are making money by ripping off students and counting on them to come again because their shop seems so cheap. They never really advice you and try to find the, in the long run, cheapest solution for you, which you would expect from someone of course, who cares for his customers. Instead they simply sell you the quick, at the face of it cheap fix without resolving the real issue. Then they only use the worst of materials etc. pp. Arrggg I'm so angry that I could keep writing for ever, when really all I want to say is
DON'T GO THERE! Just don't!
