The Birth Space classes are 10 hours of learning about how to control your mind and teach yourself to relax. There are 4 classes in the programme, which teach breathing techniques and other supportive labour techniques to enable you to comfortably birth your baby. You'll learn about the ability of your own mind and body, how to control it, practice the techiniques you've learnt, visualise and prepare for the birth that you want, and ultimately, to feel empowered to ask the right questions and achieve the best birth possible for you.
