Yesterday we had the most fantastic sunday lunch. Could not be beaten.

Very friendly atmosphere , thoroughly enjoyed my meal . The food was delicious and excellent presentation . Will be coming again next time I'm in the area ,

The food here is amazing! Very fresh and cannot fault it at all for the price! Will be our favourite place to eat from now on ÔŅĹ thank you!!!

Myself, my wife and our 6 year old son ate here for 4 of our 7 nights in the area!!! New owners who were lovely and very welcoming ÔŅĹ!!! I have to say the food was absolutely superb and tremendous value!!! If you are in the area then make sure you pay The Black Bull in Bentham a visit you won't be disappointed!! We will definitely return on our next visit to the area ÔŅĹ!!!

Its been a long time since i have had a meal in a pub and thought someone in the kitchen actually cares. Thank you.

I stayed in Room 2 which is a twin room. The bed ( nearest the door) was very comfortable, the room was lovely and warm also. The en-suite which is small was well presented has got possibly the best shower I've used for some time.

Next morning I went over to the Coach House for breakfast and it was very good indeed. Sets you up for the day ahead.

All staff were friendly and polite. For £35 for a single it was extremely good value for money. I stayed on a Thursday night and the noise from down in the bar was ok however I suspect at the weekends with live bands etc this may differ. Thank you.

I had the most amazing chicken leek and ham pie today it was beautiful ūüėė Nicest pie I have ever tasted it had a lot of filling in it

I had the Sunday Roast. It is one of the best roast dinners I have ever had. The beef was beautiful and roast potatoes were fantastic.

Hi we have recently visited the area and so far had 2

visits to this pub we back up again and looking to stay the night here

Had Sunday lunch 23/7/17 lovely staff was very friendly, landlady and landlord was very nice greeted us as we went in and asked if everything was ok when we was leaving the pub was lovely and clean highly recommend it

Fantastic buffet by the blackbull today for my daughters christening the service was fabulous too made the day so much easier for us. Good food and good value for money, highly reccomended for functions.

Amazing customer service stayed the night for bed and breakfast the room was upto date and modern clean and tidy. The breakfast you could choose cereal fry up or fruit and yoghurt and the coffee was very nice too.Great staff a asset to the owners well done .Also Sunday roast best I've ever had
