Wow! This is now my favourite place for coffee and a cake! We visited on Saturday and had an afternoon tea, it was amazing and very good value for the food and cake we got. Delicious, fresh and homemade food. Excellent customer service too. Highly recommend to everyone.

User

Wonderful little tea shop in Lytham. Was a little tricky to find so look out for the sign on Clifton Street. The best thing about the place was the staff - so kind and attentive. We were late but they were understanding and nice to my mum who was left waiting for us. I had the waffles and they were divine! And my mum had the Stilton and broccoli soup which she said was amazing. Very grateful for a great experience - thanks Black Sheep Tearoom

User

What an amazing little Tea room this is, we visited yesterday for my birthday and my partners Nans birthday and I’m so glad we did the staff are so warming and friendly couldn’t do anymore for you. I took along my 2 children who are 3 and 5 was abit worried about this as they can be a handful (kids for you) but I don’t no why I worried they really enjoyed there afternoon tea the smiles on there faces was a picture they absolutely loved it they split it for them so they had there very own stands the amount they got for the price was amazing!!! They have a chalk bored to keep them entertained The food is top quality and tastes amazing. We will definitely be back without a doubt this is now my favourite little place in Lytham! User

What a fabulous little hidden gem! Had lunch here and the food and service was excellent! The kids “afternoon tea” was a big hit with my two daughters and our food equally as good. We will definitely be back!

User

We’ve just been for the first time and loved it! My daughter had a crepe, son a lovely fresh scone and we had a breakfast. All very delicious. I always drink soya decaf cappuccino and some cafes have a funny aftertaste but this one was really nice. Would recommend! And will be returning. Waffle next time!

User

Visited this little gem today for a bite to eat (brekfast). Lovely little place, great food and good choice of food and drinks available and the cakes looked amazing! Lovely little outdoor roof terrace which is a real sun trap! A must visit!

User

Visited the black sheep for the first time this week and thoroughly enjoyed it, took my mum for afternoon tea, which was definitely the best I have ever had and very reasonably priced. The staff were extremely attentive and we were given a choice of sandwiches and cakes, and you get to take any cakes home with you that you couldn't fit it (believe me you won't manage them all in one sitting!), the decor is beautiful and cosy, a very welcoming place, definitely worth a visit if your in lytham. The best thing was the huge homemade scones, they were amazing!

User

Visited here last Saturday for coffee & cake with my husband and 2 kids & absolutely loved it. There is a small area downstairs with a chalkboard that kids can play on but we chose to sit upstairs. The owner (I think) offered to put our pram in her store room for us so it was safe. All the staff were so friendly and extremely welcoming especially with the kids. The coffee and cake were gorgeous and the food looked so too. Highly recommend this place

User

Second time visiting, first time for lunch a few weeks ago which was amazing and this time for breakfast which was equally as lovely. Such a lovely setting, food is beautiful and the staff so welcoming. Could not recommend more highly.

Lovely food, lovely staff and child friendly!!

Came here on Sunday for breakfast.....I have three toddlers so taking them anywhere is a mission!

The staff were so nice to us and friendly to the kids.

They have a room downstairs with a chalk board and tv with DVD player which is a massive thumbs up.

Food was fab and they even brought the kids food out quickly for us to keep them happy.

I will definitely be back and I highly recommend to others x

User

Just paid my first visit this morning. I have limited mobility and unable to climb the stairs to the main seating area. However, there’s a lovely little eating area (down a single step) downstairs.

They were so accommodating when I said I couldn’t make it upstairs.

I had the Eggs Benedict - totally delicious. They then brought down all the cakes so I could see them before I bought some to takeaway. Incredibly welcoming and couldn’t do enough to make my experience a great one. See you again for definite

User

Had a visit for coffee and cakes , excellent service, lovely decor and very nice atmosphere, cakes were homemade and delicious but could have been bigger portions!

Particularly liked the outside area and the dog friendly dog 🐕 room downstairs!

Will definitely be going back to sample the various meals on the menu! Plenty of veggie options too 👍

Absolutely amazing birthday breakfast with my family this morning. Ranging from a breakfast stand (amazing, and is a breakfast version of an afternoon tea), scrambled egg and smoked salmon on toast, eggs benedict and crepe with toffee sauce, chocolate & cream. Everything tasted incredible and the service was exemplary !!! Couldnt recommend The Black Sheep Tearoom enough
