We stayed here for one night on our way up north. The pub is lovely ,the staff are very good. We had dinner at the pub and the food was excellent the only thing I will say are the portions are large and we should not of had starters and if we are up this way again we will be back

Just spent three nights with Steve and Jacki at the Black Swan, and it was an excellent break. Food was top-notch, and Steve and Jacki went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We will return, hopefully when the sun is shining!!

Good venue for a couple or a party. Food is a good quality and service is excellent. Bar well stocked wine list good most bottles around the 25 pounds mark.
