The Blending Mill Description
The benefits of massage are many and there are different forms of massage to suit any mood yet they all have one thing in common, to help relax, de-stress, uplift and bring about a sense of overall well being. Massage helps to boost the circulation and remove built up toxins stored within the muscles bringing new and oxygenated blood to areas of stiffness and tension and also increasing flexibility to the body. Essential oils too have their own potential to change mood, uplift feelings, help us to feel grounded when we are in a constant state of stress and anxiety. A consultation will be performed before each treatment to ensure that you are treated safely.

🌺🌺 Feeling a little frazzled today, not gonna lie! So I've reached out for my trusty essential oils. One of my favourites being Jasmine, such a beautiful calming fragrance, Rosewood and Ultra relaxing Clary Sage... In my opinion one of the most trustworthy online information sites regarding essential oils is Aromaweb and for more information, Julia Lawless's Encyclopedia of Essential Oils is a great source of information too 🌺🌺
🌺🌺 Anxiety and a constant state of worry can put enormous strain on our mental wellbeing. Sometimes just finding something to look forward to when you're surrounded by a constant gloom can help lift your spirits and distract the mind. Hubby and I are going to do the virtual pub quiz on Facebook later (with a generous G+T in hand) which we're looking forward to (after the clap for the NHS of course 👍) 🌺🌺

❤️ It's with a heavy heart that I've had to make a decision with working from home and the coronavirus situation that we're now facing and will now be stopping work for the time being. I have to put my youngest son first as he's currently taking 2 immune suppressing drugs and now feel that I just can't risk working from home. I will get in touch with you all individually regarding appointments already booked and for those who have gift vouchers, please don't worry as they wil...l still be honoured however long this all takes. I will still pop on here to post anything that I think might be food for thought or just to have a chuckle, lord knows, I think we could all do with a bit of that right now!! 🌸 The light isn't too great on the left hand pic but the Lilac Dusk and glittery Sauve are so pretty together. On the right is Mulled Wine, such a gorgeous deep colour that's super shiny like glass🌸
