A note regarding reservations.
When you reserve a table with us at any given time, you are expected to arrive at least 15 minutes before you are due sit down. This helps us to maintain a steady flow of business and ensures that the business runs as smoothly as possible both in the kitchen and front of house. Reservations are there for this very reason. Please be aware that in future your table may be given to someone else if you have not arrived within the given timescale and that you may have to wait until another table becomes available. From this Saturday March 17th and every Saturday from there on our bar meals menu will be available in the evening.
Also our Classic Car nights will recommence on Tuesday April 10th and will continue on every second Tuesday of the month.

We had an excellent meal (nothing new there) The food was very good and service could not have been better. Very nice birthday celebration.

The steak pie is amazing and so is the Sunday dinner the staff are lovely and helpful definitely would recommend

The meal was gorgeous very hot and the service was exceptional. Table booked for 7 had 3 courses finished by 8. Will certainly be going again.

So relaxing...made to feel so welcome. Absolutely stunning views with beautiful inside dining area. Oldyworldy snug type atmosphere at the bar and very dog and horse welcome with ties up rings outside.

Meal was wonderful and the service really really great , friendly staff i will definatly be coming here again x

Lovely meal as usual. Super piece of gammon and piping hot chips. Hubby loved his steak and ale pie. Very attentive waiting on staff made this a very enjoyable visit. Look forward to the next one

Lovely country inn in a beautiful location. Food is always fresh with a good quality selection and the service excellent. Would recommend a Sunday lunch and Saturday evening but book as they are very popular.
