Under new management not a huge selection but we both really enjoyed our meals looking forward to next visit

Came here about a year ago and had an unpleasant experience both with food and atmosphere (although service was good) so swore we would never return. However after hearing it had changed hands we thought we would give it a go today as we have been to the other pubs run by the same people and love them.

We got a warm friendly reception on arrival and throughout our whole stay.

We had drinks and food which was served promptly and presented beautifully and everything we had was of good quality and very tasty. We chose the festive menu and really enjoyed it.

Im so glad we took a chance and returned. We will most certainly be coming back.

I really hope word gets around and this place becomes more popular again.

Just went for drinks. Landlord very friendly and drinks beautifully presented. Cucumber roses in the gin. Pub had a good atmosphere and definitely going again to sample the menu
