From tomorrow, we will be celebrating UK coffee week! This coming week we will be donating 10p from every coffee we sell to Project Waterfall. The money we raise will go towards working with the rural coffee growing district of Jabi Tehnan, Ethiopia to establish a reliable clean water and sanitary system. Come in and enjoy a coffee!

... In this follow up to her 'Flavour Masterclass', Dr Duika Burges Watson will be discussing the emerging understanding of the link between a good sense of smell to our happiness and well-being.
"Why is it that some smells bring back powerful memories? Why does food taste bland when you have a cold? Whatβs the link between smell and depression? Drawing on years of research Iβve come to appreciate just how important our sense of smell is, how we can improve it, and why does it matter that we do?" Are you a Super Taster? Can we do anything to improve our sense of smell?
Dr Duika leads the Altered Eating Research Network at Newcastle University.
