Regardless of your goals, you definitely see results with Alex, my aim initially was to 'lose weight' and slim down which I'm not only doing but I've also realised through my sessions with him that it's not just about weighing lighter on a set of weight scales. He has definitely helped me learn that a lot more importantly it is about gaining strength and becoming fitter and making better choices. You quickly learn that you sometimes see changes in your body that does not correspond with your weight on a scale and not to become discouraged. He's good at changing the sessions up and making sure it's diverse so that you don't dread a repetitive workout or doing something that maybe you didn't enjoy again and again. It's also very beneficial being in the privacy of a private gym and the ability to have space and complete one to one attention. Whilst you might not appreciate it at the time, if you need a kick up the arse you get it from him and learn that you need to make every session count but equally not to be too cruel or hard on yourself as you are making a change. He is non judgemental and I would definitely say that whether you are 12 stone or 24 he is not there to judge your weight or what you look like or your previous decisions that landed you at his gym but to make you realise from then on how to change your lifestyle completely and make you realise that you're doing that for yourself. Whether you want to get fit or get lean, he will tailor your training to whatever goal it is that you aim to achieve. Thanks Alex!

Over the 6 months that i've had Alex as my trainer, he's not only helped me regain my fitness, but my motivation to get outside and be more active. It's sad to say that i'm finished now but I couldn't recommend him highly enough to anyone else who feels like they need that extra push to reach their fitness goals. I never realised how strong I was until I met Alex. Just the one look and the little shake of the head is enough to make me go for a heavier weight. If Alex thinks I can do it I must be able to. I trust him implicitly. If you want to change your life for the better call him- he has a wealth of knowledge on health, fitness and nutrition. Seriously makes you put the effort in but still Fun and hard working and keeps sessions interesting. Always knows exactly what to do and when to push. Best PT I've trained with by far! Contacting Alex was one of the most nervous and scary experiences of my life, but within 30 minutes of pressing ‘send’ he had replied and since then he has been there for every aspect along the way (diet, fitness, advice, courage) - over and beyond what is expected of a normal personal trainer.

I don’t think any session with Alex is ever easy BUT (and I never thought I’d say this when I started out) they are fun. No matter what, you never come out of any session wishing you hadn’t turned up. Every session is completely different and I have genuinely never had the same session twice.

Is it all worth it? Absolutely! All the blisters, DOMS, sweat and tears combined with Alex’s support and motivation have come together to equal a four stone weight loss. Most important of all I have learned through Alex that weight loss, a healthier lifestyle and a better way of living is a lifestyle and not a quick fix.

Brilliant! Amazing! Inspirational! This is Alex. I never thought that I would be able to train the way I can now and this is thanks to Alex. I have mobility and joint issues which affects my balance and movement but he effortlessly adapts exercises where necessary without any judgment. But don’t expect an easy ride he will make you work and pull every last bit of effort out of you but to show you that you can do it. He is genuinely interested in you and your life and how you can make positive changes to achieve your goals. It’s tough but he still manages to make you smile. Being a busy working mum to 2 children finding the time to exercise is a constant challenge. I started seeing Alex 6 weeks ago as the fear of having to wear a bikini on the beach was giving me sleepless nights!!!! Alex spent time with me looking at my diet and designing a programme that would fit into my schedule and that would work for me. PT sessions with Alex are really tough but he makes them fun and when you walk out of that studio (well if you can still walk) you feel pretty awesome!!! It doesn't stop there though Alex is in touch between sessions to encourage and support you and answer any questions you may have. We also looked at my diet and made some changes mainly around increasing protein and cutting out sugar. After 6 weeks I've lost over half a a stone and inches off my body - the results are quite frankly awesome!!! Alex will work you hard, he will motivate and inspire but most of all you can trust him to help you make real lifestyle changes to help you look and feel fantastic!

Amazing! I honestly couldn't rate Alex highly enough. I trained with him 4 times a week and lost just over a stone in 5 weeks! I had never trained at a Gym before and certainly never had a PT before.

Alex is very friendly and very professional and he quickly alleviated any fears or self consciousness I had before starting. The sessions were always different and never boring. He also provided me with a diet plan and constant advice/support via text and phone when we weren't training.

The gym you train at is never too busy its clean, friendly and has literally every piece of equipment going.

If you've always wanted to get in shape but have never had the confidence or trained before and want to start again/maintain, honestly, book this man. It was one of the best things I've ever done.

Alex is so dedicated and a walking example of what exercise and good diet can achieve. You want to know your PT knows his stuff. I know he has been very successful in helping lots of people gain healthier lifestyles and achieve their goals. Never let's you get away with slacking, pushes you to go one step further and can take lots of flack when you don't like what he puts you through. Don't be too cheeky or you get burpees as punishment.

But don’t expect an easy ride he will make you work and pull every last bit of effort out of you but to show you that you can do it. He is genuinely interested in you and your life and how you can make positive changes to achieve your goals. It’s tough but he still manages to make you smile. Being a busy working mum to 2 children finding the time to exercise is a constant challenge. I started seeing Alex 6 weeks ago as the fear of having to wear a bikini on the beach was giving me sleepless nights!!!! Alex spent time with me looking at my diet and designing a programme that would fit into my schedule and that would work for me. PT sessions with Alex are really tough but he makes them fun and when you walk out of that studio (well if you can still walk) you feel pretty awesome!!! It doesn't stop there though Alex is in touch between sessions to encourage and support you and answer any questions you may have. We also looked at my diet and made some changes mainly around increasing protein and cutting out sugar. After 6 weeks I've lost over half a a stone and inches off my body - the results are quite frankly awesome!!! Alex will work you hard, he will motivate and inspire but most of all you can trust him to help you make real lifestyle changes to help you look and feel fantastic!

Amazing! I honestly couldn't rate Alex highly enough. I trained with him 4 times a week and lost just over a stone in 5 weeks! I had never trained at a Gym before and certainly never had a PT before.

Alex is very friendly and very professional and he quickly alleviated any fears or self consciousness I had before starting. The sessions were always different and never boring. He also provided me with a diet plan and constant advice/support via text and phone when we weren't training.

The gym you train at is never too busy its clean, friendly and has literally every piece of equipment going.

If you've always wanted to get in shape but have never had the confidence or trained before and want to start again/maintain, honestly, book this man. It was one of the best things I've ever done.

My overall fitness and health has improved.There are times when It does get hard but Alex is always there to support you and find the strength you never knew you had! Alex is so dedicated and a walking example of what exercise and good diet can achieve. You want to know your PT knows his stuff. I know he has been very successful in helping lots of people gain healthier lifestyles and achieve their goals. Never let's you get away with slacking, pushes you to go one step further and can take lots of flack when you don't like what he puts you through. Don't be too cheeky or you get burpees as punishment.

Alex is one of the most passionate people I know about what he does (encouraging people to push themselves to actual physical pain), but he makes it weirdly enjoyable! It's intense, hard work and bloody tiring, but so worth it. He will push you to your limits, but support you along the way.
