The Body Junction opened in 2006 offering Pilates, Physiotherapy, Acupuncture, Yoga, Reiki, Reflexology, Massage, Sports Massage, Chiropody and more!

The Body Junction is a center for improving how your body feels and functions. The center offers Pilates classes which consists of very gentle exercises with the primary focus on awareness of the spine, proper breathing, core strength and flexibility.
