The Bradley Lowery Foundation Description
The Bradley Lowery Foundation was established in August 2017 after Bradley Lowery lost his fight to Neuroblastoma, a rare and aggressive form of childhood cancer.
In 2013 his mum, Gemma, started a fundraising campaign to raise funds to get Bradley treatment in the USA, which was not available in the UK.
The campaign was very successful and with the support off thousands of people, raised over £1. 3m, as well as vital awareness for neuroblastoma and childhood cancer in general. The donations provided the funding base for the charity.
The Bradley Lowery Foundation aims to support families who are fundraising for treatment or equipment, which is not readily available or covered by the NHS. This includes all illnesses and conditions.
The foundation also: supports research into neuroblastoma and childhood cancers; is developing plans to support a £600, 000 holiday home in Scarborough; runs a support line for the families of children with cancer in the North East.
Having the foundation, has given me a purpose. I know that Brad would be so proud to see how many children his name is able to help. He has left a lasting legacy, and I know that although he was only with us for a short time, with his strength and determination, he has changed the lives of many. I am so proud of my little boy, he inspires me every day to keep fighting for families we support.

Hi everyone, we still have the raffle ongoing for the evening in the The Bradley Lowery Foundation executive Sunderland box hosted by Gemma and Carl on Thursday 16th August against Sheffield Wednesday at the Stadium of light.
It is a late K.O at 19:45 therefore it would not be suitable for the children we have got on our list.

Today is a good day, I hosted the Bradley lowery foundation executive box with two amazing families. In the box today we had the beautiful Abbie with her Mam and aunty. We also had the amazing Dan with his dad and two sisters. They really enjoyed themselves and the day finished on a high as we were all very happy we got a win.
I was also presented with a cheque for £22408.81 off when all the guys from Sunderland AFC did the bike ride. The amount raised is fantastic thank you so much. This money is going towards the new holiday home we building.
Once again thank you Sunderland F.C. for continuing to support the foundation and helping us put smiles on children’s faces.
We are holding a Halloween Party in Bradley's home village on the 27th of October

Wonderful to see good things continuing in the name of dear little soul Bradley. Nothing can replace this precious little boy but others may receive help in his name. Well done to his family for their strength of character and kindness of heart in thinking of others, even at such devastating times for themselves.
There are no words that can express the love this brave little boy gave and received during his brave fight with this nasty disease that took his little soul much much too soon. I along with millions will remember him always and his beautiful smile along with his legacy will live on and help others reminding us we must all help fight this for Bradley and all the little ones that are suffering the same illness stop it destroying more lives and families it’s such a vicious cruel cancer to be rid of for good �����X

If by standing together no matter what colours we wear,put aside local rivalry,do all me can no matter how big or small the action inspired by one small boy so cruelly taken well before his time and get to help others whom are suffering with this god awful condition, we can prove to others what we already know, that football fans are caring,have massive hearts and look after our own in times of trouble and need and our inspiration is one young with a smile to light up the darkest of days, a true hero and refused to give till it became physically impossible to do so
I still think about Bradley every day he touched so many hearts. It’s such a cruel world we live in that a beautiful little boy had to go through so much pain and be taken so soon. Even going through it all he always smiled. He has taught me that no matter how bad something may seem there is always somebody who is going through much worse. Life is precious and everyone should be grateful for it. Bradley and his lovely family are the strongest people I have ever seen. To go through what they have and come out the other end is amazing. I didn’t ever meet Bradley but I felt so close to him when the sad news broke it broke my heart. Broke my heart when this little ray of sunshine passed away. I had a hard time last year where i had a 1 in 4 chance of survival, i was in a coma and on life support and ECMO. It was sitting at home finally in recovery from lung failure looking on FB i first saw little Bradley, and saw his struggle daily.
If we all pull together no matter who or where you are from, we need to beat this terrible disease.
R.I.P little man, we will continue to fight in your name for the children battling this horrid disease. �
