Private bottomless prosecco party for my Hen Party, and it was truly superb. Great food, totally bottomless prosecco as promised and excellent service. Highly recommended.

Had an amazing time here last week. We were welcomed with a smile and looked after the whole time we were there, always made sure we had everything we needed. Food was absolutely amazing! I got pancakes and my partner got a full breakfast. And we tried a cocktail from here for the first time and they were fantastic!
Would 100% recommend as the atmosphere was wonderful thanks to all the friendly staff and great food.
Had a great time loved the menu and after finally deciding what to order was not disappointed plus cocktails were great very friendly staff we will definitely going again
Great staff, very attentive. My (fussy) friend had a problem with her burger and my chips were not too hot, rectified immediately. By way of compensation the (I think) manager gave us a free cocktail in the secret bar....who'd have thought the fridge took you to the bar... we were amazed.
Great staff and good food, enjoyed the decor. Will certainly be back again.

My breakfast was just warm and not hot so didn't really enjoy it much
Food tasty although alittle greasy. Almost too many staff all were very friendly but preoccupied, had a different one for bringing out drinks, ordering the food and bringing out the food. Asked three times to the three staff members for a glass of ice, which we never received, my food came first my friends was cooked wrong, so was delayed - I'd almost finished mine by time the other arrived, think mine should of been delayed to come out together.
What a shame. Maybe under staffed? Because the wait staff simply do not have enough hands to deal with ALL the customers to a degree that feels personal and as if you are not a burden but a guest in the restaurant. But maybe thats a theme with TBC, as I have noticed many of your restaurants put staff under a lot of pressure, more money for the big bosses ey? Dirty Glasses, but the food tasted good. This score reflects underlying issues you clearly have and not the poor staff working that day.
I liked it but it could have been more then 2 stars a lot more, if it was not for the fact one of the waitresses kept trying to hurry us out.
She kept coming to try and take my plate even though she could see i was still eating. The other waitress was friendly & approachable.
My partners food was not hot but warm going cold.

Haven't got to eat yet. Stood with everyone else outside the door while inside is almost empty. I'm not a rocket scientist but I'm sure you have to have customers come in the door to make money?!? Empty tables certainly don't. I've got photos. Just nowhere to add them.
