Waited over a hour to be served they told us 45 minutes a waitress told us our table was being prepared 20 minutes later asked about our table waitress denied telling us table was being prepared in total waited well over a hour and left with out having any food staff poor management have no idea about customer service

This place seems to have a split personality. Go there in the afternoon for a nice quiet pint and some good honest pub grub, but go late on a Friday night and expect to be under constant threat of physical assault. The only pub in Berwick that actually requires bouncers.
