What a compliment to the chic town of Leigh-on-sea. Well done Hamid and his team for delivering ‘Brunch’ how it should be consistently at such a high standard. Not only is this vastly popular with Instagram’ers, but also foodie with a palet for good food. Love the personal and quirky touches to the menu from Peanut butter and Cocoa Lattes to Beetroot smoothies. Only disappoint you will face is having to wait for a table due to how popular it is. But certainly worth it!

Walked in on a Saturday at lunch time, which would be the busiest time, however although extremely busy, my girlfriend and I were acknowledged straight away and were kept informed about potential tables by the extremely friendly and attentive staff.

The menu had fantastic choices to cater to all preferences, I had the matcha coconut latte which was tasty, and an open breakfast wrap, which was like nothing else I’ve ever had brunch wise, packed full of colour and flavour.

My girlfriend had the brunch burger which was extremely filling and again so flavoursome. The ambience was chilled, stylish but not pretentious and Hamid, one of the owners made it his aim, despite being rushed off his feet, to personally ensure that each and every customer was happy with their experience. Looking forward to going back to making my way down the rest of the menu!

User

Really impressed with just how quickly this place has kicked off! So great to see the Broadway buzzing and people queuing up to sit and experience the great food and ambience! I am always so excited to try different things in the Brunch Co and the food is so amazing, presentation is always on point and the staff are so sweet, welcoming and really friendly ! Huge 5*

User

It’s our favourite go to place! Best little brunch spot in Leigh-on-sea, with the friendliest most wonderful team of staff! The most Instagram worthy food & warm atmosphere to match!

I’m always recommending people to go!

User

It was busy on my first visit today, the service from the staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful, food was very good, better then other places in Leigh,

User

I visited twice in the same day, lunch I had tunacado which was gorgeous and probably the best latte I have had, I returned with friends later in the evening with friends and had various tapas dishes, all of which were fantastic, all staff were lovely and attentive, totally faultless in every way, looking forward to coming back soon.

User

I often visit The Brunch Co and the Coffee and Food is always on point. They are very welcoming and accommodating especially when I have my son with me - it’s not a huge place but I’m prepared to wait for a table if needed as it’s worth it, so are many other people. This place gets busy because it’s good

The food is a different twist on the norm and very tasty.

User

I have visited a number of times now and every time the foods been amazing. In my opinion it’s the best place to go right now for food in Leigh. Foods amazing and the staff are so switched on, friendly and engaging. Makes the place feel so fresh and comfortable.

The coffee is also absolutely stunning! Give it a visit and you’ll be hooked!

User

Great service and a fantastic brunch! The halloumi and sausage combo was a revelation. Couldn’t rate any higher! Lived in Leigh for 29 years and this is the best ‘new’ place I’ve visited. 👍🏻

User

Best Breakfast/Brunch/Lunch in Leigh-on-sea! Dog friendly, vegan options, delicious and beautiful food.

I had my 30th birthday here (private hire), Hamid and the rest of the team went above and beyond to make it an amazing for me and my friends. Best party ive ever had. My friends won’t stop talking about the night and the food!

If you’ve not tried it then you are missing out!

User

Been here a couple times for a coffee but not to eat. Well today i did & i wasn't dissapointed.

Amazing well presented food & the staff are lovely, easy to talk to & helpful. I for sure will be returning, not just for a coffee but for food as well. xxx

User

As soon as you walk in you are are made to feel welcomed, straight away asked if you would like a hot or cold drink .. with happy staff, great food and music this is the place to go for brunch on any occasion.. highly recommend and cannot wait to return .. I had the mango smoothie which was like a dessert it was so refreshing then the open breakfast wrap got to say the sausage are the best I’ve had in a long time

User

As a regular, I have tried a lot of the menu now & have loved everything (personal fav is the pancakes - either stunning stack or vegan)

The Coffee is amazing (Coconut Latte ) The staff are warm, friendly and welcoming. The Brunch Co has a lovely atmosphere and is a great addition to Leigh.

User

Amazing food, my favourite Pokado and open breakfast wrap, the pancakes are out of this world! Such a great atmosphere, not many places in Leigh you will find this vibe. The happy place in Leigh

User

Absolutely theeee best protein pancakes ever :)

The staff here are always welcoming and friendly, nothing is ever too much trouble - Hamid even took food orders from 3 of us saturday after they'd closed the kitchen, instead of turning us away. Ive lost count of how many times ive eaten here now ... cant fault it !

Keep up the great work guys.

p.s. The coffee is spot on!

User

Was expecting a bit more from this cafe! Not baby friendly at all, in fact I found a particular waitress quite rude as I was trying to unpack my twins and get them into high chairs - telling me to move my pram before I'd even got one of my girls out. Our table waitress was quite nice, but saying I needed 1 adult pan cake stack for my 19 month old twins was ridiculous. Way toooo much food and the service was so slow. It took around 45 minutes to get our food, and I wouldn't say it was really packed in there at the time. I also don't rate the pancakes. Very dry, very big. I don't normally give bad ratings, but this place bothered me. So I don't think I'll be going back, even though I live in Leigh. Shame, as it looks so nice! I prefer Relish up the road, that place serves lovely food, very accommodating and the staff are wonderful.

User

Sorry guys you really need more experienced staff - waiting 50 mins for a breakfast is really very poor. Every time I’ve been here (twice) you don’t have shakshuka (there’s nothing in the ingredients that you can’t buy locally). Such a beautiful little place you maybe need less tables, more staff or someone who’s very experienced at running a kitchen. I doubt I’ll be coming back to be honest. No apologies and no complimentary drinks either. Table next to us you lost their order entirely (they were also waiting 40 mins). Feel like I’ve wasted my entire morning! Food wasn’t worth the wait.

User

Really don’t understand what all the fuss is about, unless the instagram-able pancakes truly are the only good thing about this place?? Average priced ‘full english’ breakfast for Leigh but extremely poor value especially when not done properly. We requested the homemade beans when ordering, both came with Heinz and when replaced, were served lukewarm. The one single piece of bacon was around an inch wide and 6 inches long, overdone and hard, one small piece of toast provided - for which you had to ask for separate butter for, which was served cold and therefore rock hard, which might have been ok if the toast was warm enough to melt it - and the ‘poached’ egg was clearly cooked in one of those shallow frying pans with moulded circles. The ‘hash brown’ was about as thin as a pound coin, again very small and completely fell apart when trying to cut it as it was just simply grated sweet potato mushed together. I cannot understand why you would open an eatery specifically based around breakfast food and not be able to get the basics right.
