We love it here,good old homemade pub grub!well priced and lovely staff!What’s not to like?During the week they offer 2 courses for £6.50!I had a lovely chicken and ham pie with veg and potatoes Friday,it was delicious!Thank you Ladies!

We had our family get together last night and we were all agreed it was a fantastic meal. The service was quick the staff were all lovely and compliments to the chef for our amazing food.although the pub is a little out of the way it was well worth a visit,

We celebrated my wife's birthday at the Bull & Specs last night. There were ten of us in the party and we had a great time. The food was excellent, we had the choice of the full, very comprehensive, menu, and we were all served quickly and efficiently. I simply could not fault it and would recommend the place to anyone.

Thank you to all the staff today for making my sisters 50th a birthday to remember! Over 30 of us attended. It was so busy in there but your waiting on staff were amazing! Nothing was to much trouble!!

Great lovely pub and fabulous friendly staff! Meals are great and homemade and desserts are divine. Good menu and deals throughout the week. A recommend from me which is not easy to get as I am a foodie!

Amazing food the pies are to die for meat was so tender and tasty! Puddings just as heavenly! All for amazing prices! Thank you was felt welcome from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Very good food all freshly cooked but the pub was half empty and looking tired needs updating

The food is really nice good size portions and alot to choose from. The staff were also nice and good customer service. Would recommend no problem shame its out of the way for us to go regular but would definitely go again .
