Happy Third Birthday Billy I hope you and all your friends had a wonderful afternoon playing in the October sunshine
This year Ruby & Kitty have decided to host a September Stroll in memory of their amazing Auntie Julie, in aid of Ashgate Hospicecare.
We are hoping to welcome you all at The Bulls Head, Ashford-in-the Water to continue to raise funds for Ashgate in Julie's memory.
In previous years we have had a fabuous turn-out to help support this amazing cause, and had a fantastic afternoon and evening in the process!
... As usual meet outside The Bulls Head, at 13.00 for a family friendly walk, followed by drinks and a bite to eat.
As in previous years, donations to Ashgate will be collected at the event.
Here's hoping for sunshine and a lot of laughs!

The best Brie, bacon and cranberry panini ever! Incredibly hospitable staff with the barman offering samples of different bitters for my unsure Dad. A cosy village pub. Would definitely come back!
Stopped here yesterday afternoon for a quick pint after a walk around Monsal Head & Wye Dale. Walkers are very welcome, as long you bag your boots. There were 4 guest ales on and, had we arrived a little earlier, there is a varied menu of home-cooked food.

A lovely setting and fantastic food. Returning today for more food and maybe a game of boules!!
We stopped by here because it looked smaller and more genuine than other pubs in Ashford. The inside is nothing special but it looks like a real pub.The barman was very friendly and the staff efficient and always smiling. Our meals were great, I had the steak sandwich, it was lovely.
Lovely pub in a beautiful village, great food and good value, will definitely call again.
Lovely pub beer garden at back welcomes dogs and play ground at the back for kids , food was lovely!
A traditional pub serving a good selection of bars, wines and spirits. The food was good and good value for money although the lounge is quite small and the tables are a bit too close for my liking, especially noticeable when the pub is busy.
