They offer a unique approach to birth preparation including essential physiotherapy input and the latest information regarding advances in maternity care for example 'natural caesarean birth'.

Antenatal Education:
Birth for Beginners (6 week course)
Caesarean Section (Incl Natural Caesarean Birth) (2 hour session)
Induction of Labour (2 hour session)
Breastfeeding (2 hour session)
Practical skills for parenthood (2 hour session)

Example content for 'Birth for Beginners' course:
- Preparing for birth
- Stages of labour and normal birth (to include an introduction to hypnobirthing)
- When things deviate from the norm and what that means (includes Induction of labour, instrumental birth & caesarean section)
- Infant feeding
- Postnatal care & the first couple of weeks with your newborn
- Physiotherapy advice in the antenatal & initial postnatal period

The BumpHub recognises the importance of a support network and will facilitate a post-natal meet up to welcome the new additions!
