The Bunker Gym Description
The Bunker is a Gym based in Gladstone Park, a few minutes walk from Dollis Hill Station, that offers a range of classes for adults and children, a weights section, and sports massage therapy.
Classes include boxing, circuits, HIIT and bootcamps all aimed at helping health conscious individuals achieve their fitness goals whether losing weight, building muscle, toning up or maintaining their overall health.
We also run women only classes and boxing classes for children.
Exercise can be fun and we want our members to walk away with that feel good factor that one gets from a great workout. That is why our ethos is based on delivering workouts that are hard but effective whilst building a sense of community and a place where everyone feels welcome no matter what their current fitness state is.
Our classes will run from Monday to Friday from 7 pm to 8: 30 pm and from 12pm to 2 pm on Saturdays.
Children’s classes will run twice a week - Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5: 30pm to 6 pm. The focus during the children's boxing classes is on technique, boxing skills and self discipline. These skills will help them become more resilient, boost their confidence to take on further challenges in life and give them a real sense of achievement.
The Bunker also has a free weights section and a machine weights section, ideal for those who are looking to complement the work they do during the classes or focus solely on building strength and power.
