We took the whole family to TBS tonight to celebrate a big birthday for our eldest. The staff were so friendly and efficient and the food was 'to die for' according to kids and adults alike. Burgers, fries, shakes and draft beers all delicious. Well worth a visit if you can get there.

Visit TBS Arundel on Sunday evening. I was really impressed, the waiter was friendly and prompt. The food was amazing, I had the hallumi and mushroom burger which was yummy and filling. My husband and friend had a burger off the specials menu which they thoroughly enjoyed. Will be going back again for sure.

This was the second visit to The Burger Shop this time for my son and daughters birthday, As before the staff were very polite, knew the menu inside out and nothing was too much trouble the waiter was able to remember an order for six with over half the meals changed from the listed with no mistakes. The food was 100% and good portions. I may try the hot burger next time. Would recommended The Burger Shop to anyone who wants a good meal out. Good value for money.

Stephen who has served us was very helpful and attentive. Food was absolutely delicious and portions generous. Try the onion strips (be aware that portion is massive!)

Lovely food and great service, popped in this afternoon kids loved the Oreo milkshakes and also the colouring. Burger was great and the baconaise fries are fab! Thanks- will be popping in again in the future

Loved it, we visited for the first time yesterday. We had a cocktail each, there is a lot of choice & nice to try something new. The menu had enough options for me (I'm the fussy one). Great friendly & attentive service.The food was excellent, especially the hot chicken wings! I have already recommended T.B.S & want to return soon.

I had the chicken burger (amazing!) Other half had The Elvis (amazing! Despite not quite getting the 'peanut butter & jelly thing myself!) We had the sweet potato fries and chicken wings (best I've ever had) as sides... would most definitely go back, especially for the cocktails. Impeccably charming service and a great playlist! Highly recommend and am really looking forward to the cocktail bar in the 'bank vault.'

First time here and loved it. Will definitely be back. The owner Ollie clearly takes a huge pleasure in producing awesome food. Nice, manageable menu - not too much to take away the quality. Sweet potato fries were best I’ve ever had and the burger was super tasty. No grease residue anywhere - just pure flavour. My daughter was invited behind the bar to make her milkshake with Ollie and it was amazing!!! Highly recommend to anyone who likes good quality food in a small, independent family owned business.

Don't know what some people expect from a casual burger shop. Staff is very nice and attentive, food is very good and the bacon fries are the best. Thank you Burger Shop!

First time at TBS. Just popped in as hadn't booked. Prompt table service. Cocktails 2 for £10 but have to be the same although doesn't state this on menu. Enjoyed pepper sauce burger. Although burgers aren't very big. Friend had halloumi burger. Delicious. Sides of skin on fries and sweet potato fries along with house slaw. Good sized portions. Asked for tap water. Disappointing it was luke warm...yuk. could keep bottles in fridge? Dessert of cheesecake with a fruit coulis...nice. expensive for what it is. 2 burgers sides one dessert 2 cocktails for £10. £22 each with tip. Can imagine it will be filled quickly as small place. Nice atmosphere. Would go back but not rush back!

Booked early evening for 4 , ate in The Vault very attentive staff our waiter James couldn't have been more friendly. Nice selection of burgers( sunny side egg would be nice option)

Overall 4 very satisfied customers. We eat out very regularly all over London and the South East in a variety of restaurants including Byron GBK Meat Liquor and are fairly particular about our food and would say you burgers fair well against these competitors.

The one improvement would be to open a TBS in Horsham as it is really lacking in a good hamburger restaurant.

It was good for me but for the vegans be aware they serve the vegan burger in a Brioche bap.

Nice restaurant, lovely location.

Female waitress young dark hair so attentive an asset to the place.

Bad bits, rude young male waiter, asked for tap water, had to ask again then no ice in glasses with water that was luke warm. Oreo shake half the size and same price as another well known burger place and no as nice. Partners glass taken away that he a coke float in but he still had coke in the can he was given too. Food just chucked on our table, given to wrong people no communication just walked off. No check to see if food ok so had to go and ask for sauce (mayo). Ladies toilet floor was soaked. Wouldn’t come back went elsewhere for dessert.

Kids burger was a joke, small dried up bit of meat, told the waitress and her response was “sorry but that’s the kids burger” great service �

Disappointing unfortunately, I had an extremely overpriced halloumi burger which had barely any halloumi in it at all! The chips are good and the beer is good but all in all way over priced for what it is. Shame as has huge potential!

Well I'm very very disappointed! I was so excited about my big outing to TBS for my birthday celebration with my husband and 14 month old twin girls! Now I know I should have booked but it is difficult to commit yourself to a time with twins! So we headed to the restaurant for 12.30 thinking that would be a not too busy time!! Having carried the girls from the car park to save cluttering the restaurant with our buggy! we enter the restaurant to be quite abruptly told no tables available for at least an hour!! Clearly they don't have a quick turn around system or are short of staff!! And definitely not child friendly! Having communicated via Facebook with TBS about being child friendly etc I had such high hopes, such a shame.

If you think the burgers are good in this place then you've never had a good burger. Pretty awful all round. Asked for a cream soda which I got with the can which had 59p printed on the side was charged £2.50 odd for it. You'd think if they had promotional cans from there supplier they wouldn't give you the can �



Waiting staff clearly don't understand children had our 17 month old son with us, firstly gave him a massive tub of felt tips with no lids erm no thanks! crayons please. then put a drink in front of him, then a plate of steaming hot food. Anyone with a young child will know these things need to be placed immediately out of reach or it will be on the floor.



No one came to ask if the food was ok etc, I had wander up the restaurant to find someone to get the bill. Pretty crappy experience really.
