Thank you for our beautiful bracelets. We love them so much that we now have several. I wear mine constantly and am delighted by its style and the enduring connection with our horses, but also that it looks as good today as the day it arrived (3 years ago!) Superb quality in design AND creation.
Thank you also for your professionalism, attention to detail, great communication, and recently sensitivity when working with hair from a horse we sadly lost. You clearly love horses as much as we do and understand their importance in our world.

Considering this company makes its living via Horseowners, its astonishing to witness the complete lack of respect for what st the end of the day was the horse hair of our beloved Horse. The owner of 'The Burnished Horse' was rude, in-caring &! clearly treats the Horse element of the Jewell she produces as nothing other than a USP. There is not even an ounce of sentiment shown & clearly profit is all that matters.
I wouldn't trust the company with your Horse hair & would recommend you find a jewellery marker who cares.
The quality of the jewellery was not particularly good & excuses were made that the pieces on show were only samples.
Poor in every way & expensive.
Very rude service... attention to detail is not this company's priority... the money is what it's all about. Never again.
