The 172nd Dunster Show takes place this Friday 17th August. While we will make every effort to try to keep to time there is likely to be delays. In previous years traffic has been very slow. If you have appointments etc we advise to plan your journey and give yourself as much time as possible.

Good morning from Taunton control all buses are running as per time table.

Road Closure BATH RD Bridgwater 14/15/16/17 August 2018.
During the above dates the above road will be closed to allow SCC engineers to resurface Bath Rd between College Way and Bailey Street.
... This means services 14 and 75 will divert Via Bristol Rd and Kingsdown. (Daytime 75s will continue to operate Eastern Avenue as normal)
This is likely to cause delays to these and other services. Bath Rd is an arterial route into Bridgwater. We advise passengers to allow additional time to make journeys, where ever possible.

Update to service 28, the 20:15 left Taunton 10 mins late and will be able to operate full route

There has been a serious accident near Cedar Falls at Coombe Florey. We currently have a 28 on stop at the accident site. All other 28s are being contacted and will try to be diverted which means further delays and missed stops as we attempt get around the incident to get people to their destinations.
Please be advised that there is potential for the service to be suspended. Updates to follow.

Our 13:00 21 service to Burnham-on-Sea is running 17 mins late currently. This is due to being stuck behind a lorry on St Mary Street Bridgwater. We apologise for the late running today.

Good Morning from the team. We are happy to report that following yesterday’s incident, Taunton Bus Station has opened as normal today. We thank everyone for their patience and understanding.

We are currently working with Avon and Somerset Constabulary regarding the incident at Taunton Bus Station this morning. They have made a statement regarding this and we are doing all we can to assist. We are unable to comment further. As this is a live investigation we ask that you refrain from commenting on this case on our page. If you have any information please contact the police on 101.
Taunton Bus Station remains closed and is likely to be closed for the rest of the day. Buses are setting down and picking up on Castle Way. Staff are assisting passengers on Castle Way. All services running.

We regret to announce that Due to an operational Issue the 08:25 28 Service From Minehead To Taunton will not be running. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Due to an ongoing Avon and Somerset Constabulary incident Taunton Bus Stn is currently closed. Services that would normally use the bus stn are terminating/starting Journeys on Castle Way.
