We did the right thing in closing when we did as the most important thing is the health and safety of my staff and customers. Whilst it is and will be a struggle whilst we are closed we are all in the same boat so please listen to what is being said and stay at home and only leave when it is absolutely necessary. Think about all of the people who are ill, the old, the vulnerable and the key workers who are working their butts off to make sure as many people as possible get better and get the essential supplies and medicines we need. Think of others and not just yourselves. The sooner we all do what is right the sooner we will come out the other side. Can’t wait to be back in work and see my lovely staff and customers. Stay safe and healthy and I will see you all soon.

As per the Government’s guidelines just aired, as from tomorrow morning we will be only doing TAKEAWAY FOOD AND DRINKS ONLY. As before, please either ring us ahead to order your food or continue to come to us and we will come and take your order from you and bring it out to you for you to take away. We look forward to your continued support at these difficult times and we are here to supply you with our delicious range of both hot and cold food and drinks.

We are open for business as normal to eat in with us or to takeaway. Please call us in advance and we can get your orders freshly prepared telephone 📞 01162106112. We also have outside seating available. We are following all health and safety guidelines with extra stringent cleaning of all surfaces, chairs tables door handles etc so it is safe for you to continue to come and enjoy your food and drinks with us.

Good morning from The Buttermarket Cafe. Come and try our freshly prepared breakfasts, cobs and lunches. Wash down with a wide range of coffees and teas. Homemade cookies and other snacks available. All available to eat in or takeaway. In a hurry give us a call and we will get your order ready in advance for collection. Open today 8-2 with hot food finishing at 1.30pm.
