Very nice and lovely staff they are all very good, service is good, food and drink is good and there terrace and restaurant and bar is excellent will defiantly come again.

Turned up to this venue for the Jim beam masterclass and what a beautiful Venue it is! The food was fab and the roof top beer garden on a sunny day can compete with some of best. Really fab place!!

Tucked away in the jewellery quarter is the Button Factory with its brick faced industrial shell and it's raw but modern interior. The staff were warm and friendly inviting us to indulge in their fab brunch menu complimented by endless prosecco. The place had a relaxed atmosphere with staff that couldn't do enough for you. Wonderful afternoon was had that will definitely be repeated.

Myself and a friend visited yesterday for bottomless brunch, the food was amazingand the service was brilliant, your glass is never empty 🍾🥂 we enjoyed our last glass on the roof top, great atmosphere and we will definitely return!

It was lovely to sit up on the terrace in the sunshine and enjoy some great food with a bottle wine.

I visited this place on Saturday night, with old College friends, it had a good vibe, roof terrace was cool, but very busy, so unfortunately there was nowhere to sit, so we sat downstairs, I’ll definitely be back.

Had a birthday celebration bottomless brunch - staff really attentive and friendly. Our whole party commented on how good the service and food was. Much better than other bottomless brunches in Birmingham! � highly recommended!

Absolutely the best lunch I have had in Birmingham for a long time youseff and the team were brilliant very attentive but not overly so great food excellent wine (need to get a pinotage in )bloody great time we stayed 5 hours oh and the band were great to

Went for lunch today with my husband and daughter. We had the steak with chips and salad, the steak was gorgeous and tender the service was quick and efficient and the deserts were good portions

Was there last night. We had booked a table but because it was such a lovely evening asked if we could sit out on the roof terrace instead. Waiter who greeted us explained not a problem but might be difficult getting a a free table as very busy out there but he showed us up there and secured us a table that luckily had just become free. He was really helpful and went out of his way to accommodate us. Unfortunately the same could not be said about the sullen girl who served me to drinks at the bar upstairs. I had a pint of Lawless lager and I also ordered a slimline tonic. She gave me an empty glass and the opened bottle. I had to ask for ice. And then for a slice of lemon. Felt like I was taking up her valuable time. She looked amazed that I had asked for ice.

Not the first time I have had issues with the bar staff there. Went a couple of months ago and my husband was treated abominably because he had the audacity to ask for a top up on his pint which was woefully short and the beer is not cheap so would have been good to get a whole pint. They need to up their game and give their staff some training on good customer service. Except of course the guy who was really nice to us. He was tall, slim with reddish hair and glasses. Maybe he could give his colleagues a few tips on politeness.

Quite surprised but with mixed feelings. As friendly and attentive as the staff are they seemed to be chasing their talks a bit. Can imagine at busy times I would prob, not bother so a little work needed there. Nice craft selection but the one I wanted was not available but a smashing cast item was on tap and it was something obscure

I like the changes you have done where you have opened up the kitchen so people can see the food being prepared. Upstairs wasn't open so can't comment on that. The courtyard looked very grubby with fag ends all over the floor.

The young lady behind the bar was very polite and helpful. I had the cod which was very nice and perfectly cooked.

Nice atmosphere, but beer I had was poured flat, asked to have it again, which the bar man gladly poured again, only the same resault. So sat there and drank a flat larger why waiting 30 minutes for a portion of chips to arrive. Will I be going back, probably yes, the food looked nice and like I said the atmosphere was good, but will try another drink.
