I don't aspire to be world famous . . . . . I just want to be good at what I do, and hopefully to bring a smile to the faces of the lovely people who entrust me to create a cake for their memorable day. I have recently made the decision to start a business based on the many enquiries I receive daily on my cake page. . I am now registered with, and approved by my local Environmental Health Officer / council with a 5* rating, hold a valid Level 2 Catering Food Safety & Hygiene certificate and have public liability insurance . . . . . . . Exciting times! A huge thanks to all of my family and friends who have entrusted me to make their cakes, and in doing so, have supported and encouraged me over the past few years . . . . couldn't have done it without you all x
