Due to the coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic, some customers have asked us if we are still open for business. We are pleased to reassure you that we are ‚Äď although with a reduced number of staff.
Our head office, calibration and repair laboratory remain fully operational. However, due to safety reasons we are not offering our own collection and delivery service - but we are pleased to receive customer or courier collections and deliveries dire...ct to the site or via local UPS access points based at convenience stores.
While we remain open for business, The Calibration Centre have put in place all the necessary social distancing and wellbeing procedures to ensure the safety of our staff.
This means that our customers can still maintain their calibration schedule and not affect their important testing and production commitments.
We appreciate that this is a challenging time and remain committed to providing the service levels on which our customers expect of us.
