Wherever you are on your journey, I hope to able to walk alongside you, helping you to create and nurture your own calm within.
I offer person-centred counselling, as well as relaxation classes for people of all ages. These include Baby Mindful, Relax Kids and Just Relax classes, as well as bespoke sessions tailored to individual needs, either 1: 1, families or school programmes.
