The Cambridge Lamb Company Description
The flock is currently made up of 30 Aberfield ewes which are being reared around the Cambridge area. We are based in Impington where the flock is kept the majority of the time.
Lambing starts mid-March with the first batch of lambs ready for slaughter around July. We use a local abattoir in the south of Cambridge to reduce food miles; this ensures that we are operating in an environmentally friendly way.
The lamb can be bought directly from ourselves in various cuts. However, our preferred and most sought after options are either a whole or half lamb. Both of these options will be provided butchered and ready to go - the best way of ensuring value for money for our customers.
Prices will be released once the lambs become available.
