Terrible mini spa experience !arrived and nobody including staff expected us even though it was fully paid for and booked week before was sent from pillar to post by staff members not knowing where we was supposed to go,then they asked us to wait in bistro for a hour which we declined then they tried giving us robes and asked us to go to the pool area which was full of children swimming that is when we decided to leave and request full £100 refund already paid when I arrived home I was called by a member of staff asking if we would like to rebook which I laughed at not a very relaxing experience at all and ruined mine and my wife's wedding anniversary which we booked it for please avoid at all costs
