I've been quiet on here, I know. I had a marvellous two week holiday in Pakistan (an amazing country - ask me more about it, if you like!), and now I'm back in the UK and back with all my furry friends. Here's a selection of some of the fuzzies I've been looking after recently. Who's the cutest??

I've been running The Cat's Pyjamas for 2.5yrs now and I love every minute and am looking forward to many more years ahead looking after the kitties of Bristol. But in this time cost of living has risen. I've held off as long as I could to keep the cost to you stable. But I now find I must make a small increase.
I hope you will find my new prices remain competitive. I will continue to provide the same, unbeatable level of service to your furries as I have always taken pride ...in doing. I'm away this week. Phew! Things are finally settling down for me after a long, hot, sweaty summer of kitty sitting! It's been wonderful, but I admit, I'm looking forward to my October holiday. Here's just a few of your gorgeous fuzzies I've been looking after this summer! Aren't they the soppiest??!

Summer is great! It's kitty overload! When you all take your holidays, that's when my work really begins!! ­¤śü­¤ÉłŌśĆ

So, that was an eventful 24hrs!!
I came off my bike in a really nasty way yesterday afternoon as I was on my afternoon rounds. I landed with my ribcage right on the end of my handlebars. It winded me, swelled in seconds and I was sure I'd snapped a rib or two. Some amazing heroes in our community came to my rescue; helped me to the pavement; called an ambulance; called my hubby; looked after me and reassured me until the ambulance arrived. After lots of tests and an x-Ray, it... turns out its little more than some serious bruising and scars. My handlebar has left quite the imprint on my chest!
But, the bicycle is staying at home today and I'm on foot. The sun is shining. I get to walk through some lovely parts of our neighbourhood, like Arnos Vale Cemetery. And I'm still getting all the feels from the warmth I felt from the kindness of strangers.

Sometimes all that is required is patience. I've been visiting Jazzy and Rupey for a couple of years, often for short weekend breaks. They've always been very shy and hid under beds and in cupboards for my first several visits. But a couple of months back, their owners took a long two week holiday and I got to visit them every day. Slowly they got used to my presence, started venturing out for a peek. And now... Well just look at Jazzy! He's finally let down his guard and realised I'm blooming ace at cuddles! He can't get enough! It's such a good feeling to have finally earned his trust. And Rupey...? Well, we're still working on Rupey! ­¤śŖ

How have I only just now found out its International Cat Day??!!
