This lady is a god send, we don't have a simple cat, he has alot of special requirements and nothing was too much trouble for Clare to handle. Great service and even kept me up to date with pics while we were away for 2 weeks. Highly recommend this business. Our cat has been through alot in the past and is very timid around people but after a few days he was making new friends and even having lap cuddles! Thank you so much for looking after the boys! Clare came round for a meet & greet prior to me going away, she took lots of notes about the cats and made sure she fussed them lots while she was here. Our Ollie has had the pleasure of Clare’s company whilst we have been away a couple of times recently. From the moment when Clare came around for a pre-meet, I knew he would be in safe hands and was lovely to see how happy Ollie was in her company. It was nice to have updates from Clare with pictures of Ollie looking very relaxed and well. The report to come home to was also great. I can't thank Clare and Ed enough for the superb service they provided. Extremely professional and were happy to go above and beyond to meet the needs of our house cat (& the fish), nothing was too much trouble. Alfie was at ease with them both on the pre-visit, obvious how much they love cats. We came home after almost 2 weeks to a very happy and relaxed Alfie. Would highly recommend and use again. Great service .. It's clear they are real cat lovers . I have a fussy bunch with different habits .. Clare and Ed clearly took in everything I told them . One of my cats gets very stressed and knotted fur if I'm not around . I expected to come back to her being knotted ( will only let me brush her generally - others have tried and failed) but she had clearly been looked after and knots were minimal . Knowing that my brood were happy is important . Would definitely recommend

Our son was cat sitting whilst we were away ..then decided while we were away he would hop off to Spain . He said he would sort cover out ..but we wanted to know that the cats were happy and our house was safe ...

Couldn't imagine better care for my cats! Fabulous, sensitive soul which perfectly fits every cat's need. I have two different types of cats, one very friendly and outgoing, other VERY shy- Clare did her best to make both comfortable. Will always use her service when away!

Clare was absolutely brilliant with looking after our two cats Syrup and Waffle! Both their needs were covered (one goes outside and one is an indoor cat) and it was great knowing they were both being well cared for whilst I was away - giving me complete peace of mind. Can not rate Clare highly enough. Had to go on holiday leaving a convalescing rabbit in her care with a huge list of needs and medication and one rabbit with complex diva issues! Arrived home to two happy rabbits!
