I had a very poor experience with this company. Following an unsolicited marketing letter from them during the early summer 2017, I asked them to carry out a service on my biomass boiler. Two weeks after the service the boiler stopped working. The boiler manufacturer advised it was probably the igniter which they said should have been replaced during the service. I contacted Phil Norval at the Centre for Green Energy who disagreed and gave me a quote to replace the igniter and a couple of other pieces of work amounting to £1500. I asked him to proceed but asked a couple of reasonable questions about the quotes. He obviously took great offence and broke off all contact, refusing to answer emails or take my calls. I was abroad and was left not knowing what was happening and as a result of this behaviour was left without a boiler until late November when I managed to find another company to do the work. I'm 61 and by some margin it is the worst example of poor customer service I have ever experienced.
