Welcome to my Chakalaka Kitchen where I cook food to my hearts content! I specialise in Southern African cuisine as well as many of my favourite foods and recipes that I have collected and perfected over the years.

The Chakalaka Kitchen is a hub of activity where I cook various dishes to my hearts content. My love for food keeps me trying out new dishes and perfecting the ones I love. I specialise mainly in Southern African cuisine, but also cook a selections of other dishes too. I offer South African cookery courses either one to one or groups, or as cooking demonstrations throughout the country. A personal chef service is also offered for dinner parties if you would like to wow your guests with a different cuisine for that special occasion.
