The Chartwell Hospital is an independent Diagnostic and Imaging Centre based in Leigh-On-Sea in Essex. We welcome both private and NHS referrals from GPs and other Allied Health Professionals such as physiotherapists, chiropractors, osteopaths and more.
The Chartwell Hospital offers the following Services: Endoscopy, Gynaecology, Orthopaedics, Ear, Nose and Throat and audiology services. We also have on site MRI , X-Ray and Phlebotomy services .
