We didn't get to buy chocolate this time we visited as our granddaughters trike handle came off resulting in her crashing down the stone steps outside the entrance and sustaining a really nasty bang to the head and a visit to James Cook hospital. The owner (it think) of the factory came out immediately and was extremely concerned and caring and staying with my elderly mother and my granddaughter whilst I went for the car. He has even disposed of the faulty trike for me. Their chocolate is the best I have ever tasted and their customer care second to non ! I know I rang to thank you but once again a huge thank you you are a star xx

We stopped off at the chocolate factory on our way home from A day out in Whitby, with our two teenage grandchildren for coffee and cake. We all really enjoyed it. A lovely way to finish a great day out. All the cakes were yummy �
