The Chapel Choir of Hatfield College is widely renowned as one of the best chapel choirs in Durham. It tackles some of the most challenging choral music performed in Durham, providing the music for the weekly service of Evensong.

The Choir of Hatfield College is widely renowned as one of the best chapel choirs in Durham. It tackles some of the most challenging choral music performed in Durham whilst maintaining a social scene unrivaled by any other college choir.

The choir is auditioned from singers across Durham University and provides the music for the weekly service of Evensong held every Monday during term-time at 6. 30pm.

Alongside regular duties, The Chapel Choir of Hatfield College sings for additional services such as the College Remembrance day service and the Nine Lessons and Carols services. They also regularly sing in Durham Cathedral and other cathedrals throughout the country, undertaking a tour abroad each year.
