The Clarendon Blackpool

Hey Everyone, We've been a little quiet on here as of late. But that's Not because we haven't been busy. We have built a brand new stage, Dressing Room and Control room. We have upgraded a few of our budget rooms that look fantastic. We have rebuilt our kitchen and KP area and also added a secondary prep area making the work flow much more manageable. ANNOUNCEMENT! We have learnt today that Blackpool North Station will NOT be operational for Easter. This means those travelling to us by train will have to get the bus service from Preston. We look forward to seeing you all in 2018. x

stayed there on saturday night after not staying there for msny years and it was very clean rooms were loveley and breakfast was very nice. we will definstly be staying here again x

a fantastic place to stay, lovely welcome and front entrance and dining area well looked after clean and bright and upto date, show bar set up well with great seating and view for all and the shows are fantastic the hard work the guys put in pays off and you dont what the show to end bar staff great and prices good, rooms are clean and tidy with all the basic things you need just a tade on the small side (can only comment on the two we had) but after a day in blackpool and a night in the show bar by the time you put your head down its morning again lol all in all 10 out of 10 a place to visit

We were made to feel welcome as soon as we arrived Karen couldn't of been more accommodating and all the staff were friendly the room was clean and the hotel is In a perfect location been coming to Blackpool for years and glad I've found this hotel I will definitely be back for a stay when the shows start thanks again for making us feel so welcome and a great stay!

Very good hotel well worth going to for the price with breakfast included. Not far from the town centre plus not far for water park and pleasure beach. Will come back again.

This was my second visit to Clarendon showtel, my first visit was with my husband to see the Neil Diamond experience which was fantastic!!!! James has a wonderful voice and made you feel as if you were listening to the man himself. I returned last night with my friend who is also an hotelier as I am, and we took my two of my guests to see the 80's show and we all said what a wonderful night we had. The bar prices are wonderful and James and Iggy where brilliant doing all our favourite 80's hits. I would like to say a special thanks to James and Pam on the bar, who both did great table service. Cannot wait to go back in December for one of their Christmas show and meals.

One of the most classy hotels I've had the pleasure of decorating for a wedding reception with my balloon creations fantastic people who really go above and beyond to ensure that you have all you need stunning venue extremely clean you all should be very proud of what you have achieved hope to create more displays for you in the future from diane at dj's bouncy castles �����������

Omg! What a great time again at this hotel, room was excellent, food was lovely excellent and the staff were as ever also excellent!!! Love coming here, this wasn’t our first time and certainly won’t be the last! The entertainment is second to none!! Thank you James, Simon and Karen for your wonderful hospitality and the shows were fantastic, well done to you all!!! Xx

No matter what words I use they cannot describe what a fantastic weekend we have had. Karen, James and the rest of the staff make it feel more like a home from home and the shows are brilliant...cant wait for the next visit xx

Me and my good friend stayed other during farmers week the most decent sleep I have ever had in my life the service was wonderful very helpful and made us feel very welcome I enjoyed my stay and I will deffently be coming back � Karen was a grate help along with the males who worked their loved my stay deffently worth the money and the stay again ��

Just stayed at the hotel whilst attending my uncle's 50th, as soon as we arrived to the minute we left the staff were so welcoming and couldn't do enough for you. Stayed on the 3rd floor, the room was basic but lovely and clean and the bed was so comfy. The show at night was amazing, it was an 80's night and the singers were brilliant, the only thing was the room was so packed it was horribly hot even with all doors open!! The food we had a night was lovely as was the breakfast, I had the continental which is free and my hubby had a cooked breakfast which you do pay extra for but well worth it. All in all I would definitely stay at the hotel again and highly recommend to others.

Just returned from a hen party in Blackpool having stayed in this hotel. James and Simon not only made us feel totally welcome but where great hosts. We will return just so we can all meet Wilma who we sadly missed due to our schedule. None the less my hubby Tony loved meeting Wilma! Take care James and Simon and thanks for having us x Angie. It was my first time to the hotel this weekend after a recomdndation from family. From the moment i walked in the staff couldnt do enough for me, james welcomed me to the front and helped me with booking in.The room was a basic single which was more than enough for what i needed.

On to the evening entertainment for the weekend, James and Iggy put on a back to the 80s night on Friday and it was brilliant

On Saturday i got introduced to the 1 and only Wilma and well my sides were splitting even during my little participation.

On sunday it was the Neil Diamond experience and i was blown away by James and his voice.

The bar staff James(a different one) and Pam couldnt do enough for me however if you are unfortunate or fortunate enough to look under 25 be prepared to get ID'd. Over the weekend these 2 couldnt do enough for me. There is a small selection of hot food available on a night from the bar and i woyld recomend these too. Although its small portions they was enough for me and was seriously enjoyable.

Breakfast in the mornings was served by Lynn and Karen. There is a free continental option available, however for the little charge 50p per item, I would recommend the cooked breakfast as it was cooked to perfection.

Overall my experience was seriously enjoyable and i will be returning shortly.

The hotel is about a 5 minute walk from the sea front so is in prime location that way.
