The Cleve Hotel & Spa

The spa was a suitable price but the pool was heavily treated with chemicals and the sauna was both small and not as hot as I would have liked.

Very nice rooms limited chice of food but very nice.

Lovely hotel but disappointing the GYN and spa closes at 6pm on Saturday so I wasn't able to use it the evening I arrived.

Attended for a work event. Reasonable facilities. Good catering.

Great place clean, tidy and upscale. A bit expensive but you pay for what you get.

Myself & a group of friends came for a ladies day & we had a wonderful time from start to finish. The staff were friendly and helpful & made us feel so welcome. The treatments were amazing & they even upgraded my facial as a complimentary gift. Thank you so much for helping to make my birthday so special & relaxing. As a beauty therapist myself it was so lovely to be on the receiving end for a change! The staff were very talented & professional & I highly recommend x

I only experienced going into one room for business. It was clean and tidy, parking, and the outside looked nice enough. Only criticism is the drive was up to the building a s single track, and could be better signage for the entrance.

Stayed for 2 nights for a wedding, rooms were very basic and need a refurb not worth the price payed. Breakfast and service were both poor.
