Today I went to be a model for the girls at Changes Clinic to have micro-blading, something I have been thinking about for a very long time. I was one of those ladies that plucked my eyebrows to death in the 80's and they never grew back! So I was in desperate need of some help, and drawing them on every day was becoming and chore. So I took the plunge today and had them done! When I arrived the girls at Changes made me feel so welcome and relaxed, as last night I was thinking what if I come out looking like I had two slugs on my face! The young lady that performed the procedure was guided by the trainer perfectly and made me feel at ease the whole time. I have come home tonight very happy and I finally got some eyebrows!� Totally recommend it x

I was looking for a career change in this field for some time, I was delighted to find the clinical academy and Naomi to guide me in the right direction with a fantastic course which is accredited. I trained last week in Microblading at the Academy. From the moment that I made my first enquiries about the course (4 months ago), I was dealt with in a very professional manner and the team were happy to answer all my fears and questions with confidence and without any awful sales pressure. Hence, as soon as I was ready, I went straight to them to book onto the next available course date with no hesitation!

From the moment that I walked into the Academy on my first day, I was met by the most wonderful, happy, smiling team (Pete and Naomi) who showed me around the Academy.

My class only consisted of myself and one other student, so we both felt that we were getting the most from our Trainer (Naomi). Naomi is full of a wealth of knowledge in this industry, and has been for many years, but that didn’t stop her from enthusiastically sharing her knowledge with us. She was patient, well organised and encouraging.

On our first live models we each had a trainer so was able to complete a set of brows on the morning of the second day, in fact I was able to complete 4 full sets of brows which was more than I ever expected to be able to do. The models just kept coming in as fast as we needed them! I think because of this that my confidence grew and I was actually able to go home feeling quite proud of myself. I was actually so confident that I did my first model on my own the next day! What an achievement �

I will definitely be attending the Academy again for some more courses and would never go anywhere else now. Thank you everybody for making this such an amazing experience.

I just got home from the 4 day micropigmentation part of my gold course.. I can not stress enough how wonderful ALL the ladies have been.. I had to come a long way so I was away from home for the full 4 days and the wonderful people here and Naomi made me feel so so welcome and I have never felt SO well looked after! I have left feeling confident and very happy with my training and I'm very pleased to be part of the clinical academy family (which you absoloutly just feel a part of when you work with them!) I am very much looking forward to the rest of my course � thank you again.. your all Awesome!! ���

I have just had my 4 day training session (first of many)for SPMU.

From start to finish Naomi and the lovely team at changes were so professional,helpful and reassuring.

The course was brilliant and so informative, their is nothing Naomi doesn’t no and you get one on one training time as well as a support system once you leave.

The kit given to me didn’t lack anything and the products are top notch.

I opted for the gold package and it’s the best money Iv ever spent.

Thank you Naomi and to everyone at changes for all your support and lovely sandwiches and cakes.

Even though your training, facilities, staff and most definitely your free lunches were outstanding - It has been the level of support that you guys have given me throughout my training and still continue to give that makes me realise how wonderful you all are!
