Unfortunatly there has been a few cases of Kennel Cough in the area and a couple of dogs who come to daycare have gotten it aswell. Kennel cough is highly contagious and it can be spread very easy from dog to dog. It is also an airborne virus😢 We are not sure where it has come from yet but we are taking extra precautions to make sure that it does not spread any further and that all the dogs in our care do not get it.
To be able to do this we will be clo...sing daycare Tomorrow (Friday) and Monday to fully disinfect, clean and filter the air from daycare in the next 4 days. We will be back open next Tuesday, any dogs with kennel cough or the symptoms of kennel cough will not be allowed into daycare.
Kennel cough symptoms are: ❌A string cough ❌Runny nose ❌Sneezing ❌Loss of appetite ❌Lethargic ❌Low fever
Please let us know if any of your dogs have these symptoms as they will not be allowed into daycare.
Kennel Cough has an incubation period of up to two weeks in which they show no symptoms. We hate to let our customers down but its in the best interest of the dogs to make 100% sure no kennel cough is inside. We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Wonderful place with some of the most compassionate and caring staff you could hope for! They always make Luna, who can be a nervous dog, feel welcome and comfortable. I always leave feeling confident she’s in safe hands. Will be recommending to friends/family!

What can I say? All of your fur babies will certainly receive the love and affection they do at home while at The Collar Club. Catrina and Jenna are fabulous girls with a passion for fur babies. With the extent of their experience and overwhelming love of their work, you can rest assured that your fur babies will be well taken care of.

What fabulous place, my little cockapoo Bobby loves it. The girls do an amazing job, the dogs have lots of fun and it's great Bobby's socialising in a lovely environment. He comes back absolutely shattered after all the playing. Definitely recommend �

We’ve been sending our 11 month old cockapoo Peggy to The Collar Club just once a week for a month now - I was so nervous dropping her off at her trial day and especially when all the other dogs ran over for a look at the new recruit that I wasn’t sure this was going to work for us. She’s a clever, confident and sociable little pup and to see her looking so scared and timid very nearly made me want to not bring her back.



HOWEVER, I collected her that afternoon and could see her through the windows running riot around the place. She had found her footing straight away and was having the time of her life playing with all the other dogs! We have sent her back every week and she has the best time. It’s lovely how the girls upload photos during the day so you can see that your dog is happy and well looked after. They are ALWAYS quick to respond to my messages every week to check how she’s doing.



She has so much fun here and it is really helping to develop her social interactions with other dogs. She is learning to judge other dogs behaviours and react to them appropriately. She comes home absolutely shattered and Wednesday nights are our new “quiet” nights now as she snoozes on the top of the sofa �



If you’re unsure whether daycare will work for your dog, take them for the free trial and don’t be nervous. The girls know their stuff and look after them as if they were their own!

Well max has been going to doggy day care now since the start of new year & he loves its, always looks forward to seeing Jenna Catrina & all his new doggy friends, max comes home shattered so I know he’s had a wonderful day. This is also a great way to help you dog socially interact with other dogs, Jenna & Catrina are brilliant & definitely love each dogs & treat then like they are there own dogs. I would definitely recommended the collar club it’s a fabulous place just have a look at the photos on there page you can see how the dogs just love all the fun & games especially the scent trail max is definitely brilliant at that. Keep up the fantastic work girls & thank you ��

Took our fur baby to the meet and greet. Sanza loved playing with all her new friends and is very tired. Fantastic day care for all your fur babies. Highly recommend you give this place try.

Took my rescue rottie to The Collar Club and they welcomed him with open arms. He needs some socialisation and to learn how to play with other dogs and they were so understanding with him. He had a great time making new friends and I felt completely safe knowing my baby was in such great hands.

Today was my puppy Vinnies first time and I was so pleased, I felt really confident leaving him with Catrina and Jenna, he absolutely loved it and he can't wait to come back!! Xx

Rosie LOVES her time spent at Collar Club. The staff are brill and Rosie is always exhausted from all the fun by the time we get home (bonus!) ���

Our dog Coco goes every week always seems to have a good time, comes home absolutely knackered, staff all are very nice and really care about all of the dogs �

Our Sydney loves this place! His tail wags so much his whole body jiggles.. he wasn't a social dog as he didn't have the best start in life (before he came to us) now he's doggie social and he's got loads of new friends! Thank you for making him so happy!!

Our Golden retriever Larry just started here and he loves it! He has come home tired out from all his playing! I love the constant photos too so you can see what your dogs been up too. Helps put your mind at ease and good to see him having fun with his new friends!

Millie my cocker spaniel , had her trial on Wednesday and went all day today , called this afternoon to see how she was and she was loving it , playing etc , great place so far , definatly going again xxx

Lovely friendly staff, very reasonably priced sessions, very flexible and accommodating too. My dog absolutely loves it here, definitely value for money, I also love that the staff upload pics of the dogs playing together too and other cute photos, can't say enough great things about this place! Would recommend anyone bringing their dogs here

I took my dog Max to the collar club this week for the first time, he was crying when I dropped him off but the staff made him feel at ease and when I left he soon started to enjoy himself. We went down the day after and he went in no problem, he was happy to see everyone and started playing with his new friends. Once he came home he was very tried and I knew he’d had a great time. So Max will be a regular at the collar club from now on. A big thanks to all the staff for making Max feel very welcome and keeping me updated on Facebook and Instagram with great pictures of him. ��

Hugo has been coming for a couple of months now and he absolutely loves it! I actually went for the first time myself yesterday and it’s such a lovely place with lovely staff all the dogs are so happy running about with all each other. I would definitely recommend to anyone! He is such an energetic dog so he needs to let off so much steam by running about and I can honestly say he is absolutely knackered for a least two days after� couldn’t recommend more!

Highly recommended dog day care. I took my little jack Russell Myla today she is very nervous when it comes to other people and dogs. The ladies at the collar club both welcomed her and slowly let her interact in her own time with the other dogs. It takes a lot for me to trust someone with my fur babies but I felt very comfortable leaving her today. Thank you so much ladies myla will see you again very soon ��
